Our shipping operations are conducted on weekdays, specifically Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, with the exception of major holidays. It's important to note that only approved orders are processed and shipped during these times, so please ensure that your order is authorized before expecting shipment.

Should any issues arise with your order, such as it not being shipped, containing incorrect items, missing products, or items being damaged or defective upon arrival, we're here to help. Simply reach out to our dedicated Customer Service team at info@nisim.com within thirty (30) days of receiving your order for prompt assistance and resolution.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we must acknowledge that certain unforeseen circumstances or Force Majeure events may occasionally disrupt the shipping process. Rest assured, we are not responsible for events beyond our control that may impact delivery times or the condition of your package.

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier and delivered, our responsibility for its safe arrival ends. Any lost or damaged packages that occur after delivery by the carrier are not within our purview, but we're here to assist you in any way possible to resolve such issues.

We're pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping for orders totaling over $75.00 within the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend this offer to shipments destined for P.O. Boxes. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, as well as those heading to Hawaii and Alaska, will incur a flat shipping fee of $9.95.

It's important to note that our current shipping policies are reflected on our websites, where orders over $75.00 qualify for free shipping, while orders below this threshold will be subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95. We're committed to providing transparent and fair shipping options to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all our customers.

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for our personal care items as all sales are FINAL. Please note that We R 7, LLC, also known as Nisim, reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. In the rare event of receiving a damaged or defective product, customers must contact customer service at info@nisim.com within 48 hours of receipt, providing photos of the issue and a screenshot of the order confirmation email. If you've received an incorrect item, please include your order number and a photo of the item received. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before checkout, as address changes cannot be accommodated. Any necessary address adjustments must be made directly with the shipping carrier listed on your tracking information.
