All products manufactured by Nisim® International are covered by our money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of the products we manufacture for any reason just contact us for a full refund including original shipping charges.

Please note, this guarantee has no time limit, but we do limit the number of bottles you can receive a refund for depending on the product. Please refer to the chart below, these bottle amounts are determined by how long it normally takes to see results. It does not cover items like epilators, shavers, flat irons, pedicure sets, laser combs, waxing kits, hair brushes, combs, heat wraps and bath sets made by a third party. These items are covered by the manufactures warranty. Personal items that have been used can not be returned under any condition unless they have a mechanical defect.

Please also note that if you purchase our products elsewhere you should find out what the vendors guarantee is. We will not accept products back that were bought at another location.
